Add working CI workflow (badge currently points to a workflow that may not exist)

README.md displays a Build badge from Demon-Die/schema-bridge/actions/workflows/ci.yml. Confirm whether .github/workflows/ci.yml exists in this repo. If not, create one that runs on push/PR to main: checkout, setup Node, npm ci, npm run build, npm test. Fix the badge URL to point at schema-cast.
