Fix failing CI pipeline on main

Details

Fix the failing CI pipeline on main (commit 8d5af18). Build, lint (biome + eslint + clippy), and tests must all pass before any v1.0 tag can be cut.

The current pipeline has critical failures preventing release readiness. All three checks must be stable and green.

Acceptance Criteria

• CI is green on main across all three checks (build, lint, test)
• A re-run confirms stability across at least two consecutive commits
• No flaky tests or intermittent failures
• CI status visible on release branch and main

Hi team! I'd love to help resolve the failing CI on main. I can dig into commit 8d5af18 to fix the build, test, and linting errors across biome, eslint, and clippy to get us release-ready for v1.0.
