The listed "noled by reprep" (currently v1.1) has a new major version.
v2 adds the first software control of the Vita 2000 / PCH-2000 green power LED: dark while the console is on, orange charging indication preserved, standby blink suppressed. Vita 1000 is autodetected and keeps the classic home button + game card LED behavior.
Heads up on the source: v2 lives on a fork. The DB entry currently links to rereprep/noled, so you'd want to repoint it or add it as a separate entry:

The current description ("...turn off the home button led...") is also pre-v1.2 and could be refreshed, e.g. "turn off all distracting status leds, now also vita 2000 compatible."
