Describe the bug
While Re/Un/multiple mods an Access denied message pops up, saying vortex can't access vortex.deployment.json due to restritive permissions and that vortex can unlock the file for you. Hitting cancel or retry lets vortex progress until the same popup shows up and loops until the tasks are complete.
To Reproduce
Re/Un/Install some mods at the sametime or one after the other.
Expected behavior
It seems vortex is trying to install multiple mods at the same time instead of creating a queue or waitng for the current install to finish.
