Create hex sticker logos for packages missing them

Problem

Several packages and repos are missing hex sticker logos. Needed for the interactive pipeline DAG on the website and consistent branding across pkgdown sites and READMEs.

Packages that have hex stickers

fresh, flooded, drift, breaks, cd, gq, fpr, fly, diggs — all have man/figures/logo.png and data-raw/make_hexsticker.R.

Approach

Follow the existing pattern in data-raw/make_hexsticker.R from any package that has one. Each repo owns its sticker — copy the template, change name/color/icon.
