With services removed and tools added, the nav should reflect the new site structure.
Proposed Solution
Update config.toml menu and mainSections:
- About — who we are, partners, First Nations relationships, open-source philosophy
- Projects — what we deliver (fish passage, restoration, climate, nutrient programs)
- Tools — what we build (R packages, STAC, database infrastructure, pipelines)
- Contact
- Blog (external link, stays as-is)
Review about page — could better reflect the partner network (Hillcrest Geo, Poisson, SERNbc) and the integrated open-source approach.
Depends on #37 (remove services), #38 (add tools).
