Problem
The website has no representation of the R package ecosystem, STAC infrastructure, database stack, or integrated pipelines that are the core technical differentiator. Issue #16 proposed a software section starting with fpr — this expands that vision significantly.
Proposed Solution
Add a "Tools" content section showcasing:
- The integrated pipeline — the system diagram from logic/samples/capabilities.md (field → database → analysis → reporting)
- Core R packages — fresh, flooded, drift, breaks, fpr, gq, cd, diggs, fly with links to pkgdown sites
- STAC infrastructure — 50,000+ DEMs, historic airphotos, orthophotos at images.a11s.one
- Database stack — fwapg, bcfishpass, bcfishobs
Structure as a hugo-apero collection (like projects) with individual pages per tool/pipeline, or as a single rich page. Link to pkgdown sites and GitHub repos.
