policy section updates

here is a place to detail the policy sections that need to be completed and updated. Let's add checkbox items here for things that need to be done (it will be long) and tick them off when they are in a decent state with:

• a minimal amount of high level detail

• a reference to where (preferably with a link) each action related to those policies can be documented and where the filled out documents are kept

• 1.4 Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and procedures

• 2.1 Field Safety Plans

requirements for our SEBASE safety program can be found by reviewing the Forest Safety Council website and audit form (check other pages of website if need be). There are resources available for each of the required sections HERE as well as searching google. I think most of the sections should be there (many are insanely incomplete) but that needs to be confirmed by comparing to requirements needed for the audits.
