Cannot generate H5P content, the analysis phase is sometimes OK

We have installed the plugin on our platform and set the API key.

Several people have tested it with more or les the same results :
We want to create a module :

Test 1 : For source type : webpage, then we choose a content langage, and click on create : the analysis is generated correctly.
However, when we click on generate content (whether we choose one or several HP type), at the end, the generation fails with the message : [[err_activities_get]]

Test 2 : for a pdf, created from a text in Word exported in pdf (thus, the text is selectable). For source type : file,we choose a content langage, and click on create : the error is : Malheureusement, la transcription du document "xxx" a échouée le 7 janv. 25, 08:26:13. Message d'erreur: Invalid Input : The given document is empty (no text or no page detected).

Test 3 : another pdf with text. For source type : file,we choose a content langage, and click on create. The analysis is done. But, wen I try to generate content (I tested one kind or several kind of H5P), the generaion fails with the message : [[err_activities_get]]

Our setup is :

• Moodle 4.1.14
• We use the mod_hvp 1.27.1 and not the mod_h5pactivity plugin.

So the questions are :

• why can't we generate the activities ?
• why is there no error translation (which could help debug)
• Is it OK that a pdf generated from Word is not allowed ?
