Sniper Suggestion and Webhook Setup Bug

It would be very nice if it had a Nitro Sniper, Giveaway Sniper, and possibly a Privnote Sniper. Also, the webhook setup and all the webhook commands don't seem to work.

Fixed the setupwebhook command, now you have to run the command in an already existing server that you have admin on (discord seems to be blocking guild creations)

I'll most likely add a giveaway sniper, but not a nitro sniper as there's a lot of very quick free snipers out there and making one in Python would not be smart.
