Publish SkillSpector to PyPI for easier installation and integration #271

Description

@HarmannMann

Hi SkillSpector team,

First, thank you for building and open-sourcing this project. We really like the work and the direction of the scanner.
We wanted to ask if you could consider publishing SkillSpector to PyPI.

Right now, installation is mainly from source/git, which works, but a PyPI package would make adoption much easier for teams using standard Python workflows.

If this is already on your roadmap, we’d love to know the expected timeline.
