The current statistics section in the organization view is bit stale and needs updating. We want it to show data immediately so that a user can see some indicators even when first viewing. These different data points should also show clear labels depending on if no lessons had happened on that date.
The current view is:
- We should update the section title to something different (ex. 'Activity', 'Lesson Activity'...)
- If no date has been selected by the user, default to the latest date where lesson data actually exists and show a small label like 'Showing data for last lessons'
- Replace empty data message with something clearer like 'No lessons data exists'
