Blood Magic does not currently have any in-game guidebook other than the relatively weak content present in the quest book.

Adding Guide-API should enable the Sanguine Scientiem (did I spell that right?)
Describe alternatives you've considered
Writing a whole new book (probably not going to happen)

The book with Blood Magic in this version is kind of filled with fake lore, and not really that much useful information. It's better than nothing, though, and IIRC it does provide some help with rituals
