Describe the bug
Using a world seed from Botania puts you on top of the Last Millennium portal in The Jaded

To Reproduce
Step 1: Use a world seed from Botania
Step 2: Observe the portal beneath your feet that you shouldn't be able to access

Expected behavior
The portal should be unreachable without breaking blocks. Putting a white carpet at x:- 962 y: 167 z: -1035 fits well.
