Hi,

in trying to create a Windows Terminal JSON Fragment (using a Python script to create SSH profiles: https://gist.github.com/phil-blain/2e5a294b79ec26a1729aedab010a9369), I found out that the Microsoft Store version of Python can't be used for this purpose, as it can't write to a path under $env:localappdata (cf python/cpython#122057).

Since Python is used in the examples in the doc page about JSON Fragment Extensions (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/terminal/json-fragment-extensions), I think it might be nice to add a warning about this limitation of the Store Python.
