Improve seify support

• Make sure basic (single RX) works on both hardware variants through seify
• Support simultaneous RX + TX and 2x MIMO

So I tried beginning to implement the seify DeviceTrait (I typed impl DeviceTrait and gave up), and it has an associated type for the Receiver and Transmitter. However, I do not thing there is a way to specify lifetimes when using those associated types: this example wont compile.

I was thinking we make a special ArcSyncReciever, SeifyBladerf, and BladerfInner. My thinking is that BladerfInner holds just the device pointer and has the drop trait implemented; SeifyBladerf contains Arc<BladerfInner>; Getting the ArcSyncReciever would of course clone Arc<BladerfInner>

Makes sense.
What do you think about simplifying and having one SyncReceiver for both seify and non-seify? I imagine pretty soon we'll also have an AsyncReceiver too so having three receiver types might be a little much

I would like to have just one sync receiver type, I just have not quite figured out the traits. In my initial messing around with trait objects, it did not quite work as I hoped.
