[Workload] Add maui-gtk workload

[Lemon73-Computing]

Currently, there is a workload for gtk¹ itself, but no maui-gtk (including GtkSharp.Maui.*); we think it (maui-gtk) would be good to develop this to facilitate development using maui-linux.

I have changed the Workload from HavenDV here
i think maybe it should be integrated, to get MauiAsset, MauiImage, MauiFont and MauiSplashScreens
