Need CI for BPA

A breakage to BPA could break BP!

(No, neither of my commits do, but something that, say, had an external dependency that was in my local virtualenv but not in bp's requirements.txt would do that.)

Probably as simple as just running BP's tests...

agreed... this should do no more than running BP tests. And we should have BP travis stuff pull in BPA and run, actually we probably have to if we don't already. I'll look into it.
