• clean up command line output, both debug mode and regular mode
• add some progress indicator or logging for ME compilation, since right now it is completely silent, but can take a while

• Introduce a way how to set a fixed seed in run card, consequently we may think on CPU side about something more robust than 32-bit Mersenne Twister std::mt19937() e.g. MIXMAX or SPRNG - also beneficial to use with CPU parallelism in phase space (build-in, leap-frog, etc.).
