Solution:
Remove and reinstall manually.
Comfy does not give any auto-update here.

This ImportError occurs because ComfyUI updated its core codebase, causing a breaking change with the older ComfyUI-LTXVideo extension. Specifically, ComfyUI refactored its RoPE (Rotary Position Embedding) functions, merging interleaved_freqs_cis and split_freqs_cis into a single new function called freqs_cis_matrix.Because the ComfyUI-LTXVideo repository hasn't fully caught up to your specific ComfyUI version in its import paths, you can either downgrade ComfyUI or apply a quick "surgical" code fix.
This affects ComfyUI v0.29.0 and newer.

You can resolve this error immediately by updating the function call inside the custom node to look for the new freqs_cis_matrix hook.
Go to your ComfyUI directory and navigate to the failing file:custom_nodes/ComfyUI-LTXVideo/embeddings_connector.py
Open embeddings_connector.py in any text editor (like Notepad, VS Code, or Cursor).
Look near line 7 for the section importing from comfy.ldm.lightricks.model. Change it to include freqs_cis_matrix instead of interleaved_freqs_cis and split_freqs_cis.

The section starting at Line 7 - Modify so it looks like this:
