Resuming work. Fixing the hard rules section in start.md and start.mdc to replace --body with --body-file.

Resolution

The hard rules section in the start skill documentation was updated to correctly reference --body-file instead of --body, resolving the contradiction with the step-by-step instructions earlier in the same document. All adapter files were regenerated to stay in sync.
