Is RPM light functioning by now?

Hello,
I have read on Reddit that the RPM lights were not integrated yet.
I have a RPM light tab in the App, it doesnt work though.
Did I miss something maybe? I have just recently (2 Months ago) switched to Linux and am really enjoying this, but im still a newbie.

I would be willing to help on this. Are there any references of similar code or how to troubleshoot this? Is the protocol for this already available or do we need to get that as well?

Anyone interested, feel free to take a look at my app for LEDs control (the RPM LEDs are a part of it too). It's written in C++, not Python, but the protocol is pretty simple.

Thank you @alxwk, I think monocoque already covers most of it. Reduplicating the work here in Python + having to integrate with simapi does not seam a great idea to me after all.
I'll focus on make it work on Bazzite (I already see there is a ticket about it there.)

I'm trying to make this work with Le Mans Ultimate, but monocoque doesn't support it. Is the rpm leds feature scheduled to release in boxflat?
