Proposal: relax NumPy pin (`numpy<2.0`)

I noticed the project currently restricts NumPy to:

mosaic/pyproject.toml

Line 22 in 1ea731c

numpy = "<2.0"

Would it be possible to relax this pin and allow for NumPy >2.0? Or is something holding this back?

Hi @boydcpeters,

This has historic reasons. libigl used to be incompatible with numpy > 2.0 on some setups (#5), but support is much better these days. I am open to relax the numpy requirement, but it requires additional testing.
