Optimising images

You're kidding, right?

Looking at http://stemmrolemodels.com/site/allaboutus.html I can see the image as it is rendered! (Which is almost always an indicator of way too large image being served)

Looking at "View Image Info" from the context menu in Firefox (right click to open the contextmenu), I see 1.743px × 2.048px (scaled to 270px × 317px).

Do we collect all used images in https://github.com/KirstieJane/STEMMRoleModels/tree/d1c5d38844c823fa5f6cd994ed6662542ea32116/Multimedia ? If so, we can put optimised versions in there, too.

Does SEO plays a role for the project? If so, we should rename the files while optimising.

I'm going to mark this issue as a good first bug, so if anyone wants to jump in and resize the images that would be great.

Note however that changing the WeCanCodeIt image may not be the image that is used on the website going forwards, so we may need to resize the logo images etc rather than just this one!
