Net::CIDR::Lite may be abandoned, and Net::IP::Lite would perhaps work better overall. It will need to be loaded twice, one for IPv4 and one for IPv6.
Docs would need to be updated to declare that trusted proxy lists cannot be changed after the plugin is instantiated.
Dual-stack tests need to be added to ensure that IPv4 and IPv6 trusted proxy lists work together.
