Can run correctly with new build

I have no idea, but MMD can't work with the DxOpenNI.dll file with my new build.

Even no code changed, MMD with OpenNI 2(f07fa50) still work wrong.

In Kinect for Windows v2 version(7797ad4), the foot position is always wrong.

I had tried build with:

• Windows 10 + Visual Studio 2015
• Windows 10 + Visual Studio 2012 Express
• Windows 8.1 + Visual Studio 2012 Express

All of them have the same problem.
