[FEATURE] Add your organization to JuliaHealth "Users / Researchers / Developers" section

Hello everyone 👋

We are planning to add a "Users / Researchers / Developers" section to the JuliaHealth website (similar to Flux: https://fluxml.ai) to showcase organizations and people using or contributing to JuliaHealth. Original Issue: #42

We would like to do this in an opt-in way.

If you would like to be featured, please comment with:

• Name (org / individual)
• Category (User / Researcher / Developer)
• Logo
• Confirmation that you are okay with us displaying this

Also happy to hear any quick suggestions on best practices (especially around logos/permissions).
