A free Apple ID can register 10 App IDs per 7 days, so a clean single install fits, but it is easy to exceed if you install under more than one bundle ID, reinstall within the same week, or sideload other extension-bearing apps. If an install fails with an App ID error, use a No Extensions build (1 App ID) or wait for older App IDs to expire.
