Enhancement: Car Page UI Update

I am a GSSoC’25 contributor and I worked on improving the Car Page design to make it look modern and user-friendly.

• The header is now sticky and works well on mobile with a toggle menu.
• The car slider has dots, arrows, swipe, and keyboard support.
• Buttons, cards, and feature chips look cleaner with better spacing and colors.
• The reviews section shows customer feedback in a neat grid with avatars.
• The footer has proper links and social icons.

Overall, the page is more responsive, accessible, and visually polished.
