We are currently facing two issues when validating EF-related datasets.
First issue (dd.eionet.europa.eu)
The validator eventually reports several timeout errors while checking the following URLs:

Do these URLs need to be updated?
They are accessible from a web browser (e.g. Chrome), but for some unknown reason the ETF Validator is unable to retrieve them and eventually times out.
Second issue (inspire.ec.europa.eu) :
If we let the validation continue, the validator keeps logging the following messages indefinitely:

I assume this issue is related to the decommissioning of the INSPIRE Registry, since this resource is no longer accessible through a web browser.
In addition, I cannot find any reference to this URL in the GML dataset.
Could you please confirm whether this is an expected behavior, or whether there is anything we should update on our side?
