mr-core : mr-gml.b.1 - nilReason is rejected

The following elements are nillable, but the validator throws an error that they xsi:nilreason is not permitted there.
Same error is returned if just 'nilreason' or 'gml:nilReason' is used.

Is this just an issue with the test suite or am I missing something?

XML document 'MappedFeature (8).xml': 12420:125: cvc-complex-type.3.2.2: Attribute 'xsi:nilReason' is not allowed to appear in element 'mr-core:relatedMine'.

Have just skipped the nil reason and nilled them, works ok.
