CSS not loading - etf-validator.net is not available

The validator uses some external resources like CSS hosted at https://etf-validator.net/. Currently we can not download those css :

Because of this, all reports are grey:

The situation is noticeable here for exemple :

Could you have a look at this ?

Dear @lrji ,
we noticed you are using an old version of the Validator. It is strongly recommended to use one of the last releases in order to be sure to use all the changes present.
However, this problem with the css download is also present in the last releases, so we are verifying which is the cause.
We will keep you updated.

FYI, the given link to https://metadata.dev-vlaanderen.be was just an exemple, I am not in charge of this one. Ours is not accessible to internet ;p
