Language Requirements Issue

Hello,

When validating the service https://www.gdngeoservices.nl/geoserver/oilgas/ows?Service=WMS&Request=GetCapabilities using https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/validator/test-selection/index.html (View Service > WMS) I get an error related to Language Requirements.

This is odd since similar services that were once valid now present the same error related to Language.

In specific the error message is: "at68-language-parameter: Test that the service accepts the parameter LANGUAGE to request the capabilities document in an specific language."

When manually checking the output, the services seems to fulfill the language requirements:

I also see the output in English with https://www.[gdngeoservices.nl/geoserver/salt/ows?Service=WMS&Request=GetCapabilities&language=eng](https://www.gdngeoservices.nl/geoserver/salt/ows?Service=WMS&Request=GetCapabilities&language=eng)

Could you please have a look at this issue?
I am using Edge 138 on Windows 11.

I'm a colleague of @malukawasaki and have picked up this work - this no longer occurs in the latest release of the validator (v2026.1) and as such this ticket should be closed as resolved.
