In the European Data Portal we are interested in easily identifying and showing probably via a filter the datasets that originate from INSPIRE or are geospatial.
For this, one solution would be to include in the ISO Standard model a property that denotes exactly this.
An alternative would be to define in advance a list of GEMET categories that are used for INSPIRE and agree that data providers are explicitly using those categories. The small risk of this is that it cannot exclude other data providers that use them to be excluded.
