Why it matters: Today the coach worker (pose extraction, judging, rendering) runs only as a laptop-local sidecar on 127.0.0.1. Remote deployment unblocks users who install the extension without running a local service. Must preserve the privacy defaults: raw camera video stays local; only what the user explicitly submits leaves the machine.
Why out of scope: P0's fast loop moves pose to the browser; phrase analysis can stay local for P0.
