CONTRIBUTING.md still described the pre-flatten monorepo layout (cli/, shared/, web/ as three workspaces) and used
-w cliworkspace commands that don't apply to this repo, which is just the flattened CLI + shared/. Also serves as the CLA/CI end-to-end check.
