clean scribus from unused code

Here is the output of callcatcher to detect unused function in scribus
unusedfuncs.txt

The total functions detected automatically by callcatcher is 596. However, I am pretty sure there are more and more.

It should be noted that there may be false positives e.g. code used only on Windows or Mac OS X so building on Linux will cause the callcatcher to think it is not used, or code that is used only with certain build option or feature and if the build did not enable that feature it will appear unused.

So anyone removing unused code should double check, and we better have CI working on all three platforms with all features enabled before attempting such a thing.

Also it's unclear if callcatcher understands Qt signals / slots.

Please don't act on this blindly. This is not something you should do before a merge with trunk.
