Error in script "model_fit_LM.ipynb".

If I make it run on a cell after plt.plot(ki0),

output_size = gm.shape[0], I get a

NameError: name 'gm' is not defined.

This error says that gm does not exist, but where can I find gm?

however my main recommendation is for you to check out the example in whobpyt that we have put together that replicates the contents of this repo
