The Clear Notification button won't click because of TabbyChat

I'll just add that I tested it on both versions of TabbyChat ([liteloader](https://github.com/mattmess1221/tabbychat) and [forge](https://github.com/mist475/tabbychat)) and on Thaumcraft4Tweaks-1.5.45.
