pre complied code for esp32 c3 working on the supermini but not the ESP32-C3 Luatos

I tried flashing the ghost esp revival c3 and it works on my super mini but not the ESP32-C3 Luatos board. I flashed it with the same settings and different flash frequency but still nothing. Am I doing something wrong?
