I would set the default pixel area config to "None", to avoid that the user keep using that value without noticing.
I would set Background correction "False" to avoid that the user keeps using that feature if it is not necessary (unnecessary computation) or that it create artifacts due to a wrong radius setting.
The results table should also include a column with just the CTF values so the user can aggregate those values later if no sample info is provided in the config.
