feat: Mifare Ultralight C support

mifare ultralight C tech not detected
To Reproduce
read a ultralight C

Expected behavior
Show correct tech

Version info:

• OS: [Windows 10]
• App build number: [1486]
• Connection type: [USB]
• Chameleon firmware commit: [e.g. 00aa00aa]

Also required:

• - I've upgraded app to latest app version

• - I've upgraded Chameleon firmware to latest version

• - I've searched and verified that there is no already created issues

Firmware currently doesn't support Mifare Ultralight C emulation/reading with key, I've got myself C and AES cards, will try to implement in the future
