I'd like to fold compat features from Better Builders' Wands into UiE. The goal would be to reduce code duplication across the GT:NH codebase and ultimately deprecate Better Builders' in favor of a single unified wand implementation that has all of the features. At a baseline we need the ability to create wands with durability, but there are also numerous features and compat pieces that should be carried over.
