As I recently learned, Extra Utilities has a special recipe for magical wood that gives more output depending on the value of the enchanted books in the recipe. This goes as high as at least 18 with Sharpness V. The custom recipe class itself will not be difficult to write, the confusing part is trying to figure out how the "value" of enchants is determined and how that corresponds to outputs.
Marking as lower priority because GT:NH does not use the default magical wood recipe anyways.
