(Feature Request) Option to plant seed instanly when placing a cropstick

This could either be done by getting the item from the offhand (would need dependency on offhand backport I assume?), or just placing the seed in the next slot like Tinker's Construct pickaxes do.

(I am aware we can kind of do this with cropsticks in the offhand but it had a delay that makes you miss a few times especially on servers)

Maybe right clicking with seeds on valid farmland can instantly plant it using cropsticks in your inventory?
