[bug]: FreePBX-17 installer does not accept Asterisk-23 during installation

Issue Description

You closed my previous ticket without any thought about what the underlying trouble is. I know fully well that FreePBX-17 is not supported on Debian-13. The issue is with the /usr/src/freepbx/install -n program. Here it is again:

Installing open-source only version of FreePBX from http://mirror.freepbx.org/modules/packages/freepbx/freepbx-17.0-latest.tgz. I installed Asterisk 23.3 but FreePBX will not install on top of Asterisk 23.

"Checking if Asterisk is running and we can talk to it as the 'asterisk' user...Error!
Unsupported Version of 23.3.0
Supported Asterisk versions: 18, 19, 20, 21, 22"

The installation program needs to be modified to accept Asterisk-23.

Operating Environment

Debian-12 (and 13 although unsupported).
FreePBX-17 Open Source installation
Asterisk-23
