As I have migrated to `cadquery-ocp` from `pythonocc` for the DFM workbench (see https://github.com/ryankembrey/FreeCAD-DFM-Workbench/pull/67), it would be helpful if this package was included in the allowed packages list, so users don't need to manually install it.

It's in the list already for all versions of Python < 3.14 -- but no cp314 wheel exists. The latest cadquery-ocp (7.9.3.1.1) only ships wheels through cp313. No sorry, that was a stale cache, it will resolve. I'll get it added now.
