`CollectionPages`: `load_more` string showing the raw key instead of the language string

Details

The CollectionPages element is showing the raw language key for load_more in the UI, instead of the expected language string it represents. This was noticed on the transactions list element in the customer portal, but I assume this impacts wherever the CollectionPages resource is used.
