Checklist:

  • Feedback collection process (user reports, bug tracking).
  • Analysis and classification of issues.
  • Trigger CAPA or improvement actions.
  • Reporting and record-keeping.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • SOP exists in wiki.
  • At least one simulated feedback or complaint logged and tracked.
