Chat Message Sent Confirmation

The method to send a message accepts a callback method for when the server has received it. This would allow an aesthetic modification, such as grey to black text, to indicate a message was processed and not dropped.

I misread the documentation, it is not server-received but sent-to-server confirmation, so no changes would need to be processed using the callback.

However, there is a feature flag to request server confirmation, but I haven't the foggiest how to implement or watch for it.
